Viewing My Child's Bookings

The Caerus calendar and bookings list functionality is a fantastic way of keeping up to date with your children's bookings. Did you know, you can view all their bookings in the one place?  Here is a step by step guide to viewing your child's bookings using your phone:

1. Go to your Profile

2. Click on the 3 bars at the top lhs of your screen

3. Click on the tab Bookings

You will now see 4 headings:

Calendar -  where you can select a month and view all your childrens bookings for that month.  You can also select a booking and cancel it from here

Booking List - where you can select a start and end date and view all bookings within that time period.  You can also click on the Action Tab on the far right of the screen (you may have to scroll over) to cancel a booking

Transaction history - will show you all the bookings that you have made

Waiting List - if you have tried to book a session that is full and have been given the option to be added to a waiting list (generally only if you are booking a full session) you will see these in here
