BACKGROUND INFORMATION
CONNECTING TO A SERVICE
If you have not connected, this is what will happen:
You will receive an
email from Caerus saying that your provider has invited you to connect with
them. There will be a link to follow in
the email.

Click on the link in the email
and this will take you to a page where you will be asked to add and verify a
password

Once you have clicked on Create
an Account you will be asked to enter a 4 digit verification code which will be
sent to you by email:

Once you have added the verification code you will
automatically be taken to the profile that has been set up for you on
Caerus. Check the details carefully,
make any amendments necessary and then click on Continue

This will then take you to your
child’s profile which has been set up on Caerus. Tick the box along from where it says your
child’s name and profile and then select Continue

Once you have clicked on continue
you will see your child’s details.
Please check these carefully and amend/add any further relevant
information

Once you have confirmed these
details you will be taken back to the landing page. If you click on your profile on the top right
hand side of the page you will then see the option to view your child’s profile

If you click on your child you
will see 3 tabs showing Profile, Services and Development Diary. If you click on the Services tab it should
now show the status of the childcare service that you have just connected with
