When I publish an Accident Form does this automatically get sent to the parent?
Currently the Accident Form does not automatically get sent to the parent. This is something we are reviewing and hope to have the facility to allow the parent to access the form via the app and acknowledge that they have seen and read it electronically. However, in the meantime, once the Accident Report has been published, there is a tick box to say that the parent has read and acknowledged the report. Under Bookings click on the big + sign then select Accident Report on the Drop Down. You will then be able to complete the form and publish it. This will then be available for you to download, if required, in the Reports section.
