HOW DO I SET UP MY SERVICE ON CAERUS


When you first register there are a few steps you need to go through to complete the set-up process and book children into sessions.  
Step 1 - When you first register you will need to add your email address and then a password, repeating the password to make sure you enter it correctly
Step 2 - Pick up the 4 digit code you will be emailed a 4 digit code which you must enter to verify your email address.  You will then be taken to the Business Information (currently headed Provider Information)
Step 3 -  Getting Started - add the Service name, a logo, web address (if you have one), provider type, select whether you are registered with the Care Inspectorate and, if yes, add your Care Inspectorate number, Add a cover photo, Add Post Code and then select the service address, add a contact phone number and the service email address and then press Continue
Step 4 - Add Service Information  - add all the relevent service information in here.  Everything you add in here influences the filters that parents/carers use when searching for childcare and select Finish.  This will take you to your Service Profile.  At this point you can add a short bio about the service if you want to.
Step 5 - Go to Service Profile - select the Service Details tab and check the information you added is all showing correctly
Step 6 - Select the Payment and Cancellation tab - to select pay by Credit/Debit card option you must first set up a Stripe Account in the Payment Collection Details tab; you also have the option to select Pay by Invoice, Funded Hours (you then have a choice of 2 models to choose from term time or full year) and Childcare Vouchers (this allows a child to be booked into a session using their childcare reference number which makes reconciliation easier); you can then add details of your cancellation policy if you wish; and finally set how far in advance parents can make bookings and also how soon before a session takes place (these can be left blank).  Don't forget to click on Update before you move to the next tab
Step 7 - Select the Opening Hours tab where you can add the opening times of your service
Step 8 - Click on the Photo Gallery - you can upload a series of photos here to personalise your profile, selecting one to be your Cover Image
Step 9 - Add Additional Services - if you have more than one service you can now add the next service by going back to Settings and selecting Add a Service.  You can then repeat the process above to add the details for this service and repeat for all your services
Once you have completed this process you are now ready to start setting up sessions and adding children and their bookings.  Please go back to Support to find out more about how to do this
