Under Bookings click on the big + sign then select Accident Report on the Drop Down. You will then be able to complete the form and publish it. This will then be available for you to download, if required, in the Reports section.

Yes, you can add as many branches as you like. You can do this by selecting Service Information in the drop-down menu when you click on the Service tab. Once in the Service Information select Branches and then Add a New Branch
How do I add an additional Pick-up?
Go the the lead parent/carer's profile. Click on the Children link and in there you will see the option to add a child or add a pick-up. If you click on add a pick-up you will be able to add their details in there.
